Architectural Review Committee Minutes
1. The Architectural Review Committee met on 22 Jan 2005 at 1000 hours at 248 Big Magnolia
Ct. Members Present were:
Martin V. Zydell, Chair
Robert Crum, Member
Judy Berling, Member
John Ragosta, Advisor
2. The Committee reviewed two requests for approval as follows:
a. Pat Moyer request for fence and window shutters. Approved with
comments.
b. Doucette request for house plans. Approved with comments.
3. No other items were submitted for approval. Following items were brought up for discussion
a. Boats within Whispering Oaks. Need to watch that boats ar not
parked to long as to create a safety hazard. Will keep an eye on
the situation and advise person concerned.
b. Basketball hoops. Need to be consistent in allowing or dis-
allowing use of basketball hoops within the area. Hopefully the
Covenants Committee can look at this.
c. Need to establish a position on construction debris and how it is
stored and disposed of.
d. Need to address surplus material and how/where it is kept. Case
in point Dave
Andersons paving bricks. Members said they would help move or
take if they are surplus.
4. There being no further business, we adjourned at 1100.
