The Board of Directors of The Whispering Oaks Homeowners' Association met at the Watson Realty Building at 3175 A1A South, St. Augustine Beach at 7 pm on Monday, January 18, 2010. The following Board members were present: Andrew Birchall, Bobby Crum, Bob Parker, and John Ragosta.

Meeting was called to order at 7:15p April 5, 2010 by Bobby Crum, President.

Board members present: Andrew Birchall, John Ragosta, Bob Parker, Bobby Crum. Absent: Bette McDowell, Walt Walton.

March Board Meetngs Minutes were approved.

John Ragosta gave the treasurer report. 12 WOHA members still owe yearly dues. WOHA Budget breaksdown as follows:

Landscaping 28%,
Gate maintenace 16%,
General fund, Roads Reserve, and Pump Reserve 15%
Admin 14%,
Beach Entrance Maintenance 13%,
Capital Improvements 10%
Utilities 4%

There was discussion of the gate contract and a desire to see the contract at the next board meeting.

ARC - Report was given by Andrew on approval of white vinyl fencing on lot 53.

Operations - Bob will call and have cut cable repaired. Lighting (the different color lights) at the front entrance and corner of magnolia dunes ct.
will be replaced.

Landscape: Bobby reported that the front entrance annuals were completed. Tree trimming and entrance mulching will ensue shortly.

Old Business:
Bob Parker reported that the picnic committee is working. The picnic is April 24th at 5pm and will be held at Spanish Oak Ct.
Homeowners will be notified shortly.
