All other lighting has been repaired.Bob brought up water flow from Big Magnolia pond to pond with new pump. Nick Binder told a board member that drainange was not enabled at time pump was installed because the vendor doing the work was told not to do it my Mr. Kenyon and Mr. Keiffer. Bob Parker said he would talk to ciy about getting nthere assistance to dredge the path between the ponds even if we have to pay for the work. WOHA will also seek out other vendors.

Drainage from pond on south side of front ngate is not draining into pond on north side of gate because pathway is clogged. WOHA will speak to Lawn Ranger about cleaningt out.

No vendors submitted bids for surveillance camers for Madrid gate. Dave will submit RFP for bookkeeping services to various vendors.

Respectfully submitted,
John Ragosta, Secretary
