Big Magnolia Court residents register concerns of use of common property
by Richardson contractors, Issue - storage and use of common property
for Construction needs.
1. Outcome: Andy Birchall will discuss with the Contractor
Maintenance of common area space
2. ARC Prepare a Procedure Check List for contractors

Training for Board members of the Security system Recorders by Village Alarm and Key, Bob P will set up for a Saturday Morning Training
Gate Replacements bids discussed on the front and
rear gates.
Motion made to repair front gate this year and rear gate next year
