WHISPERING OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

PRESENT: Anderson, Birchall, Moyer

Pat Moyer moved to accept the bid of Essential Business Services to begin providing bookkeeping services for a period of one year, starting today. Dave Anderson seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
Subsequently, the Board met with two representatives of Essential Business Services to review details of the transition to professional bookkeeping services. Kathi Jones, the owner, said 1 p.m. Monday, December 21 is an agreeable date for a meeting with current and immediate past Board Board treasurers at Compass Bank for transferring signature authority to her company. The responsibility of Essential Business Services will not include maintenance of reserve accounts, which will remain the duty of the Board treasurer.
Andy Birchall and Bobby Crum are working with Marty Zydell to reactivate Architectural Review Committee contacts with members who may be found to be out of compliance with covenant provisions with respect to on-street parking and other practices.
The Annual Meeting will take place from 10 a.m. until 11:30 Saturday, January 9, 2010, in the Anastasia Island Branch Library.
