 Emergency Board Meeting Minutes

In response to the cities threat to cut a road through phase III to facilitate the construction of a public park on the Atkins property, the BOD of WOHA, Chris Ragosta, and Dave Douglass met at the Ragosta home on Spanish Oaks Circle on September . . .?  For background information concerning the impetus for said gathering, refer to documents distributed therein.  After much discussion, a position statement was framed to be crafted by Dave Anderson, approved at another meeting to follow, then mailed to the city council.  For the best understanding of the discussion that occurred, one should refer to its product, the letter.
