REPORTS:

ACCOUNTING:
John Ragosta reported that Essential Business Services has sent WOHA various financial reports. He is requesting a meeting with the representatives of Essential Business Services to discuss the findings of these reports. Bobby Crum and John Ragosta will arrange a date to meet with EBS this week. This meeting is to ensure that the reports and procedures interface with our needs.

ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE:
Andrew Birchall reported that approval for the building of a new home on Lot #9, owned by Clint Richardson was made by the Architectural Review Committee. Landscape and Drainage plans for Lot #9 have yet to be presented for approval.

OPERATIONS:
Walt Walton reported that the fence extensions for the Madrid Street gate entrance are due for installation this week by Hardwick Fence. He discussed the possibility of future extensions to the Beach Blvd. gate entrance. He also suggested that a sign may be needed when a power failure disables the Beach Blvd. gate. This sign would direct motorists to use the Madrid Street gate.

LANDSCAPE:
Bobby Crum reported that planting of annuals at the Beach Blvd. entrance will be made in the near future.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Bobby Crum suggested that a newsletter be sent to the members of WOHA several times a year. This will be discussed at a later meeting.

OLD BUSINESS:

WOHA SPRING SOCIAL:
Bob Parker reported that he received favorable comments from members regarding this event. A time and date for a Spring Social will be decided at a future meeting.

WOHA YARD SALE:
Bobby Crum said that a date for the future Yard Sale will be set at the next meeting of the Board.

NEW BUSINESS:

Bobby Crum discussed some long range plans for WOHA including repairs to existing neighborhood roadways. Bob Parker reported that many areas are also showing signs of erosion along our roadways. These items will be discussed at future meetings.

Andrew Birchall moved to adjourn the meeting. John Ragosta seconded. The motion was approved unanimously.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm.
