Minutes from 2/7/2011 Board of Directors
Meeting:
The monthly meeting of WOHA Board of Directors is held the first Monday
at Watson Realty (3175 A1A South). President, Bobby Crum, called the meeting
to order at 7 p.m. with agenda distribution:

Minutes: Motion Kirkham, second Cacchio: Moved to approve minutes of January 8, 2011 Board of Directors minutes.
Treasurer Dues - WOHA lot owner’s dues ($625) for
2011 are due by March 31 to avoid late fees.
Report: Currently 13 lots paid and 50 lots due. Notices for unpaid will
be sent March 1.
Accounts – Report on current funds balance $41,268.00
Motion MacDowell, second Cacchio: Moved to revise and send updated corporate
resolution to Ameriprise. Taxes and corporation fees were discussed. Treasurer
will obtain 2010 audit and past records for March 7 Board of Directors
meeting.
Operations Members – Bette MacDowell, Mike Sharman
Committee: Gate – Updated fence mechanism, security, camera /videos and
rain triggering opener
were discussed. A protocol for residence concerns is needed.
Road Maintenance – Volunteers are needed to form a committee to recommend
needs and cost to the board, volunteers requested.
Landscape –Members – Bobby Crum, Susan Lance, Jerry Colvin
Fence project along A1A was discussed and Lawn Ranger landscape service
was discussed
Architectural Members – Andrew Birchall, Bobby Crum,
Rick Doucette
Committee: Concerns were discussed: flat tire, skate ramp, open gate,
and common area restoration.
Architectural Review Committee (ARC) authority is found in Covenants 1.6
and Article 3
Social Members – Steve Cacchio
Committee: Volunteers with desires to improve WOHA member interaction,
contact Steve
New Insurance (Covenants Article 11.1-11.4)
Business: Mike Sharman will review coverage and report to the March 7
Board Meeting for action.
WOHA will consider joining St. Johns County Civic Roundtable after information
obtained.
