January 3, 2011
The Board of Directors of the Whispering Oaks Homeowners' Association met at the Watson Realty Building at 3175 A1A South, St. Augustine Beach at 7 pm on Monday, January 3, 2011. The following Board members were present: Andrew Birchall, Bobby Crum, Bette Mac Dowell, Bob Parker and John Ragosta.
The meeting was called to order at 7 pm by Bobby Crum, President.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
TREASURERS REPORT:
John Ragosta, Treasurer reported that the WOHA 2010 financial audit is now being processed. As he will be leaving the Board after the election of officers at the annual meeting on January 8th, he reviewed the procedures of Treasurer with the Board.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW:
Andrew Birchall reported that construction of the Richardson home on Whispering Oaks Circle is nearly complete. Landscaping and repairs to damages of common property are still pending. He will follow this project closely for satisfactory completion.
He will also inform another owner to fix or remove the car parked in their driveway with a flat tire.
OPERATIONS:
Bob Parker reported that Arc Flash Electric has not yet installed the
new lights which were ordered last month. Bette Mac Dowell will call and
schedule this service.
Bob Parker volunteered to adjust the security camera at the Madrid Street gate. The Board agreed that the new gate operators are working properly since their installation by Old City Gates, Inc. last month.
LANDSCAPE:
Bobby Crum reported that the annual flowers survived the cold temperatures. The Board members thanked him for his efforts of covering the newly planted annuals before the extremely cold weather arrived.
ANNUAL MEETING:
The Whispering Oaks Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011, at 10 am at the Watson Realty Building. Bobby Crum asked that all WOHA members park in the rear parking lot of the building and follow the WOHA sign to the large meeting room.
Bobby Crum moved to adjourn the meeting and Andrew Birchall seconded.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:15 pm
