Minutes of interim committee meeting January 4, 2005

Board members of the interim WOHA met at John Ragosta’s house on Spanish Oaks Court at 7 pm on January 4^th, 2005, to meet with former board members and receive materials from them.

Present were Dave Anderson, officer; Bill MacDowell, officer; Bill Griffith, officer; John Ragosta, president; Pat Moyer, treasurer; and John Blackford, secretary.

To begin, John Ragosta updated the committee.  He explained the decision to set the next meeting date at March 12, 2005, by working backward from that date.  Steps include sending a communique to the community telling of descriptions of roles for which members could be nominated; the need to put the subsequent information together to then publish; and then the distribution of ballots prior to that meeting.

Then former WOHA President Bill Douglas, Secretary Dorothy Ingram, and Treasurer Al Kenyon dropped off items boxes and keys.  Former Treasurer Al Kenyon declined to assist interim Treasurer Pat Moyer when asked.  They then stated that they had sent their resignation to the state.  Also, Treasurer Moyer, Officer Dave Anderson, and President John Ragosta needed to change signatory rights to WOHA bank accounts at Compass Bank, American Express, and People’s Bank within the next three business days.
