Electrical Logic Inc. of Hastings, successful bidders notified by Pat
Moyer, will install sign and accent lighting and 13 WOHA-provided post
lights for street lighting.
Once electrical installations are in place, landscape repair will be
undertaken, including replacement of two palm trees.
The Board is seeking to schedule a meeting with St. Augustine Beach
City Manager Max Royle for Jan. 16.
The purpose is to tie up any loose ends in connection with the
completed drainage project, including reimbursement by the city for
landscape damage caused by the developers' contractor.
The Board continues to seek an accurate Chuck Hardwick Gate and Fence
Co. estimate of repair costs as a result of east gate collisions with
vehicles. Board members agreed unanimously to purchase four remote
devices and two 6-foot extensions for the west gate from the same
company.
By a 4-0 vote, the Board voted to expand the privacy fence on the
northeast border to create an operations storage area for electrical
and irrigation utilities services equipment.
John Ragosta moved, seconded by Dave Anderson, to explore securing the
services of an accountant qualified to file tax reports and interact
with the Board treasurer. Passed 4-0.
At Bob Parker's suggestion, the Board unanimously agreed to assign
installation of neighborhood holiday decorations to the Landscape
Committee.
The Board adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
