WHISPERING OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
June 17, 2009 Minutes
Present: Dave Anderson, Pat Moyer, Bob Parker,
Guest: Bob Crum
Meeting opened with a presentation from Glenda Lynn of Riverside Maintenance
for the WOHA landscaping contract.
Bobby Crum asked about the WOHA water pump and how getting it back from
the city might affect the city willingness to assist WOHA homeowners.
He was assured that was not an issue.
Bobby also mentioned that a number of common areas are being washed out
by rain and need replenishing. Board recommended Bobby and John Ragosta
walk arounf community to document needs to maintain common areas and report
back to board.
John Ragosta suggested we create a budget item for common area maintenance
to keep it separate from Landscaping budget used for outside contractor.
Board has picked up WOHA pump and hoses from the city to assure they are
available immediately when the need arises. John Ragosta was asked to
measure current electric utility enclosure to determine if we could store
pump in there as well. A top will need to be built on current enclosure.
Other options are to purchase an appropriate container or have one built.
WOHA needs street lamps spare parts. Board will try to contact manufacturer.
