Minutes from 3/14/2011 Board of Directors Meeting:
The monthly meeting of WOHA Board of Directors was held at Café
11 St Augustine Beach, FL 32080. President, Bobby Crum, called the meeting
to order at 7 p.m.:

Minutes: From 2/7/11 clarification of dues timeline - $625 WOHA are due
by March 31, 2011.
Late fees will be applied to any unpaid balance after May 31, 2011. Notices
will be sent to all lot owners who have not paid after March 31, 2011.

Report:
Operations Mike Sharman-All concerns from our last meeting have been
dealt with satisfactorily.
Committee: Non-resident skate boarders have been asked to leave WOHA,
police may be called for
trespassing. Motion by Mike Sharman and second by Andrew Birchall, move
to purchase “No Trespassing” signs for the west fence area - $20. Passed.
Architectural Andrew Birchall – Several home landscaping and upkeep problems
were discussed.
Committee: Previously discussed concerns have been resolved, except for
the skateboard ramp.
Social Steve Cacchio-Community yard sale will be scheduled for spring.

Committee: May/June will be planned, also. Volunteers to join the social
committee should contact
Steve Cacchio.
New Motion Jim Kirkham, second Bobby Crum – move WOHA join the St. Johns
County Civic
Business: Association Roundtable at $50 per year. Passed. Motion Jim Kirkham,
second Mike
Sharman, move official WOHA stationary and envelopes be developed and
printed $100.
Passed.
