The Board of Directors of the Whispering Oaks Homeowners'
Association met at the Watson Realty Building at 3175 A1A South, St. Augustine
Beach at 7 pm on Monday, October 18, 2010. The following Board members
were present: Andrew Birchall, Bobby Crum, Bette Mac Dowell, Bob Parker
and John Ragosta.
The meeting was called to order by Bobby Crum, President at 7 pm.
Bobby Crum presented the Board members with a draft of the 2011 WOHA Budget. John Ragosta gave an overview of the remaining 2010 expenses and purposed expenses for the coming year. A review of each line item on the first draft of the 2011 WOHA Budget was made by the Board.
Andrew Birchall made a motion to approve the first draft of the 2011 WOHA Budget as presented on 10/18/2010 for $40,950 reducing the annual assessment per lot from $675 to $650. Bob Parker seconded and the Board approved the motion unanimously.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
