WHISPERING OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

Present: Dave Anderson, Pat Moyer, Bob Parker, John
Ragosta, Bette Macdowell,
John Ragosta read minutes from Augst board meeting.
Pat Moyer explained discussion regarding pond to pond drainage at front gate to Bill Griffith. Pond on south side of gate is directly in front of Bill's property.
John Ragosta brough up need for fence and/or other form of barrier from front gate going south along A1A Beach Blvd the length of Whispering Oaks property. Tresspassers are entering Whispering Oaks through the woods along AIA. Two went across John Ragosta's property and broke his sprinkler system. Joh and Walt Walton discussed the problem. Walt Walton got an informal quote for a snow fence along the length of A1A for $1,500. Walt's idea was that a living fence of thick brush could be planted in front of the snow fence.
Dave Anderson has stored the WOHA water pump in the electric enclosure in front of gate.
October meeting will be our annual budget meeting. John Blackford agreed to pay the $153 in damages caused by riding over light fixtures by front gate.
