Board Meeting Minutes

January 10, 2004

The meeting of the Board of the Whispering Oaks Homeowners’ Association was called to order at approximately 12:00 noon.  Present at the meeting were President Bob Parker, Treasurer Al Kenyon, Board Member Rich Dettra and newly elected Board Member Bill Douglas.  Members not present at this meeting were newly elected Board Member Chris Wetjen and Secretary Dorothy Ingram.

First order of business was to vote for new officers, the following is that result: Dorothy Ingram was reelected as Secretary, Al Kenyon was reelected as Treasurer, Bob Parker was reelected as President, Bill Douglas was elected as the new Vice-President and Chris Wetjen will fill the open Board position. Each position is for a three-year term.

The Board voted to require the subdivision dues to be rendered by Feb 9, 2004 in the amount of $310 per lot.

The next Board was tentatively scheduled for March 2004.
