Congratulations to Bobby Crum
on his election as President of Whispering Oaks Home Owners Association
and to John Ragosta as Treasurer. Bobby and John join Walt Walton VP,
Bette MacDowell Secretary, Bob Parker and Andy Birchall Directors on the
Boarxd of Directors.
- Our community is based on voluntary compliance
of our Covenants and Rules. Please respect your neighbors. No one wants
to play the role of police. It is not the Boards responsibility to uncover
violations and make rules to address every act of human stupidity. The
Board will diligently enforce the Covenants and levy fines when appropriate.
We simply ask that you don't force us to play that role. Try talking
to your neighbors before calling the Board. We all want the same thing,
to protect our property values and live in harmony.
- Dues are due January 31, 2010.
